Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
1 lb spaghetti noodles (adjust for family size)
6-8 garlic cloves, minced (adjust to taste)
¼ cup butter
Olive oil (about 3 drizzles)
Italian seasoning, to taste
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste
Fresh herbs, to taste (optional)
Directions:
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shrimp, then season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked, avoiding overcooking.
Lower the heat, add butter, and stir until melted.
Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated with the garlic butter sauce.
Adjust seasoning if needed, and sprinkle with fresh herbs or Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Serve warm and enjoy!
