Homemade lo mein Sauce versus hibachi noodles sauce

Just Only 3 Ingredients- Homemade Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
STEPS:
In a bowl, combine flour, eggs and salt. Mix till combined. Knead it for 10 mins.
Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
Divide in half and roll out using a any cutter or pasta cutter.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles for 60 seconds.
Drain, and wash under cold water and set aside. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil so it won’t get sticky. You can use it immediately or freeze for later use. Enjoy!
