Ingredients (Makes 4-6 shots):

1 packet lime-flavored gelatin (3 oz.)
1 cup boiling water
0.5 cup vodka (or replace with water for a non-alcoholic version)
0.5 cup cold water
Whipped cream (for topping)
Fresh strawberries (hulled, for garnish)
Instructions:

In a bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
Add 0.5 cup vodka and 0.5 cup cold water to the mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into shot glasses and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
Once the shots are set, top each with whipped cream.
Place a hulled strawberry (flat side down) on top of the whipped cream to mimic a Santa hat.
Add a small dollop of whipped cream on top of the strawberry for the final festive touch.
