Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken

For the Chicken:
Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
One cup of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
One teaspoon of garlic powder
One teaspoon of onion powder

Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
To taste, add salt and pepper.
Two cups of crushed Doritos in the flavor of nacho cheese
Two tablespoons of olive oil (for brushing)

  1. Lightly grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Make sure not to cut all the way through each chicken breast by carefully cutting a pocket into it.
  4. Stuff the cream cheese and bacon mixture inside each chicken breast, and if needed, use toothpicks to secure the edges.
  5. Lightly press smashed Doritos onto each packed chicken breast to ensure they stick.
  6. Transfer the coated chicken breasts to the baking dish that has been prepared and drizzle some olive oil over the tops.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the coating is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
