Kielbasa and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:
– 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
– 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 6 cups of chicken broth
– 1 can of diced tomatoes
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté the kielbasa until slightly browned.
2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
3. Stir in the cabbage and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
5. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
6. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until flavors meld together.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
