Soup with Potatoes, Bacon, Parmesan, and Sour Cream

Ingredients:
For the Soup Base:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup whole milk

To make the soup broth:
6 potatoes of medium size, peeled and cut into small pieces.
6 pieces of bacon, cut into small pieces.
1 little onion, chopped
3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
4 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of full-fat milk
1 cup of thick cream
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
Half a teaspoon of salt (and more if needed).
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika (you can choose not to use it)

For the decoration:

1/2 cup of sour cream
Sliced green onions or parsley
Additional Parmesan cheese that has been grated (if desired)
