Start your day the right way with this soft and savory croissant sandwich packed with fluffy scrambled eggs, ham, and fresh greens. A bite of heaven in every layer!
Ingredients:
1 fresh buttery croissant
2 large eggs
2-3 slices of ham
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
A handful of fresh arugula or spinach
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions:
Prepare the eggs:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan with a little butter or olive oil, then pour the eggs in.
Gently scramble until soft and fluffy. Add cheese towards the end to melt through the eggs.
Assemble the sandwich:
Slice the croissant in half.
