Cabbage Roll Skillet

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small head of cabbage, cored and chopped
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
Add the diced tomatoes, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
