Ingredients:
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract (optional)
2 cups holiday-themed sprinkles or chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Cream Butter and Sugars:
In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
4. Add Eggs and Extracts:
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla and almond extracts until well combined.
5. Combine Mixtures:
